CHANGE A HABIT WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

This program offers the person who is minimally 30 pounds over weight a chance to change their habits to increase their metabolism. This class is offered 2 times a week for 6 weeks and includes 45 minutes of nutrition education by a Registered Dietitian and 45 minutes of exercise by a fitness professional. Each class is 1 1/2 hours.
